Portugal and/or Spain! Sorry, I'm being biased. *giggles*. But Spanish women, are truly gorgeous.

It's a bit biased, but I would say from experience Denmark. I have also heard tell that the vast majority of women in Iceland are extremely good-looking. Apparently it has something to do with a fairly limited gene pool.
