We say innocent until proven guilty but we actually mean guilty until proven innocent.

Actually lady it goes more for the poor. Michael Jackson & OJ Simpson got the fact they were found innocent mentioned over & over. Sarcasticaly many times but it was still mentioned. A poor guy, or girl, arrested for w/e won't hear anymore about it after the first arrest report...

Well when someone gets arrested, it's for some reason obviously. You can't get arrested by doing something right. I believe that you can be WRONGFULLY arrested for some things. But I'm not realy sure what the reasoning is behind putting your name in the paper. But in Sundays paper you can read the verdict of the hearings.
