Ok stop what you are doing and pop "the Entity" out of the VCR. I really hope you aren't serious. "if" there are ghosts, then they lack any real physical form and therefore cannot produce or have sperm which is needed to fertilize an egg and make a baby. If you are pregnant and trying to convince the world that you are still a vigin, a ghost story ain't gonna cut. Then again it did work once for a lady named Mary.

No. A ghost is the soul of someone who has died and has, for some reason or another, chosen to stay beyond. A ghost is merely the spirit of a deceased person; it can converse annd be seen by humans, if it so chooses, but it has no physical presence. It doesn't have a body, and it has no sperm, either. It is a soul, nothing else.

Now I am being serious with this answer..no,but the a child that is still in the mother's womb could quite possibly be possessed by a ghost,especially if the child hasn't received it's spirit yet..
