First: while a brain tumor could certainly have something to do with it, it's very very far from the most likely cause, and so you shouldn't be thinking along those lines at this point.

Second: get to a doctor. I'm not a doctor, and neither is anyone else who will post an answer here -- even if a doctor posted an answer here, all they'd say is "a doctor can't tell you what the cause is without a thorough examination."

A lot of things can cause dizzy spells. When i was younger I had them and my doctor said I wasn't getting enough sodium. You could also be eating too much salt. It could be anything really. You should probably make a doctor's appointment and do it soon because if it is serious the earlier you get diagnosed the better off you will be.

Dizzy spells can be caused by a number of things; as simple as stress, poor nutrition, low blood sugar, eyesight, ear infection, or could be something as serious as a brain tumor. Go see a dr. Try not to stress about it as it will only make your condition worse.

There are different types of dizziness. If everything is spinning in circles that's vertigo. Usually caused by the inner ear. In that case it will be brought on by change in position, ie laying down on one side or bending over, basically moving your head ( and ears) from level. Not serious just annoying. You can try the exercise treatment listed on the site below. If it's not vertigo, just a woozy feeling, prob not serious either.

Vertigo (dizziness) is caused by many things. You may have an inner ear infection. Meclizine is a helpful drug of choice for it, but you need to check with your doc to rule out any worse diagnoses.

As said before, although very rare, brain tumors benign or otherwise can give symptoms of dizziness. However, other explanations are much more likely. Yes, you need to see a medical provider to find answers, no one here is going to be able to diagnose you. Good luck.
