bear in mind i do 3 football trainings a week 6 hours. 2 runs a week. 40 minutes and 14 hours of skill related football, agility, volleys and movement development.

After the amount of other training you are doing don't overdo it, but you should aim to do it in under 5 min. I used to do a lot of rugby and cycling and my best ever 1500m was 4.26 at Crystal Palace

Maybe 5-6 minutes based on your description. 4-5 if you're well trained in distance running.

depends how fast you are 5 to 6 minutes or as my daughter says it could take 5-10 hours depending how fast you are LOL
