Yep. Its a great way for the state to make money without raising taxes. My state FINALLY figured that out a couple years ago. Its great.

YEP! Georgia's lottery dollars are used to pay for the tuition of students who have a 3.5 gpa (I think) in high school and will continue to pay throughout college if they maintain their gpa. They can attend State Universities.....

i think they should because like virginia they can spend the money on education. that's what they do and use the money to help the city improve.
