Been out and about, there are no men 50+ out socializing on weekends! I am from the Boston area and it's all young college kids, no matter where you go.

I am not talking only Clubs, but restaurants, museums and things like that...are you all to broke because your still paying child support or are you on the couch letting life pass you by?

A lot of the 50+ men are going through mid-life crises and are out chasing the 20 and 30 year old women. You might try a church, social club, hobby based club or some place like that. There are a lot of 50+ guys that frankly don't like the bar scene. You just have to be creative and flexible in terms of how you go about meeting them.

Last weekend I watched TV. Did some laundry. Played some MMO's on the Internet. DAOC is my current favorite. The last thing I'd do is go out to a club. My club hoping days are long over.

Agreed. Going into Boston on a Friday evening makes me feel so much older than I am. I do wish that "The Rat" in Kenmore SQ. was still there though ;-)
