I was charged $108 for there service I thought cost $2.95.Then they refused to refund the full$108

Skip the BBB. Protest the charge via your credit card company (much bigger muscles)! They will issue you a tentative credit and all you have to do is probably sign something that you are saying you were duped. Let us know how it goes!

This happened to me in March. I also thought I was going to be paying $2.95, they debited my account for around $75, can't remember, but I did e-mail them right away and they credited back my account within 10 days even though the contract says no refunds. But they do mislead you when they tell you $2.95.

wow report them to the better Business Bureau. I have their website but have not actually joined. They want me to pay $2 a month for 3 yrs or $3 a month for 2 yrs. I am suspicious of that

I went on the site to check it out and I now get tons of e-mails from them. I didn't sign up for the site but they continue to send me crap. Ive tried to erase my info I can't get my e-mail address off of the site!!

I wasn't ripped off by reunion but I WAS ripped off by classmates.com. Their "free" service was billed to me for $59. I haven't gotten my money back.
