He will not come out PUBLICALLY, even with pressure from The Advocate magazine. Truthfully, it is HIS business.
I do happen to know from someone who worked on the production staff at Will and Grace that he has a very steady live-in male partner.

and the guy that plays Will says it too but he behaves like he just wants to skip & snap all over the place and he is married w/ kids.

Believe it or not . . . He's not gay. I couldn't believe it when I saw him in person- he's nothing like his character on will and grace. Acts like the straightest guy you know. He's a great actor.
