i have to go on holiday by next monday wats the fastest way to get a flat stomache?

Don't listen to Big Daddy, he obviously is a racist pig that is so far into vanity that it is unreal. The easiest way is to watch what you are eating. If you eat proper meals that are balanced in calories and fat, along with a regular exercise program, you will lose weight. You can not expect to lose a massive amount in a short time but the weight will come off for you eventually.

Good luck, your problem areas are the last to go. Walk 20-30 minutes everyday at a fast pace. In 8 months I went from a size 18 to a size 12 and still have that stupid stomach rolls. I even use the Ab Lounge and it seems to tighten things up, but only if you do everyday. If you figure out how to get a flatter stomach fast, you'll make a million bucks. For now, stand up straight, smile, and don't wear baggy clothes but don't wear really tight clothes either. Be happy with the way you are, and cut back on your food amounts and walk daily.

i don't think that there is an "easiest" way to lose weight..but what i do know is that a person has to be fully committed to what they are going to do to lose the weight..it can be a low calorie diet, or it cud be a low calorie diet with exercise, or it cud just be exercising daily..personally, i think that the low calorie diet plus the exercising daily is the best way, because you have a more active lifestyle..and no junk food!!! try to look for the healthy foods...and regarding the flat stomach..crunches and other abdominal exercises are the way to go

Monday's too soon, but you can start your program now and continue on the vacation. Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

Obviously watch what you eat and exceriese. I would start by watching your amount of Carb intake, slow down on the bread, pasta, candy, soda & alcohol. I would excerise by fast walking, running, swimming, bike. Anything Cardio! Even tennis or basketball. The best way to a flat stomach is to run, sit-ups will only do so much.
