it mite be weird but....why do sum ppl have like holey skin on their face? mainly around their nose its like tiny little pin pricks or like a strawberry?!

it is very common, try deep cleaning with a facial scrub for peeling the dead skin off, then a moistureiser and a tonic afterwards . Do this cleaning proceedure daily. the spots in the nose ca be squeezed before if the scrub do not get rid of them. But do not touch with your nails, as they can get infected and worse. Put a tissue between your fingers and squeeze the black and the white spots out.
If your skin is very sensitive there are products dermatologic tested and approved. If persists with problem, go see a doctor and ask to be referred to a skin specialist, called dermatogist.

The tiny little pin pricks you describe are pores.
Everybody has pores but some people have larger pores than others. If you have larger pores they are more likely to become blocked and form blackheads.

Because they don't wash their face everyday or maybe at all. If you go through the day after you've been sweating, exercising, or are outside, your face builds up dirt and debris that cause dirt to be absorbed into your skin. This causes blackheads and pimples if you don't wash your face regularly.

i think what u are talking about is the problem of black heads. those are sooo hard to get rid of! yeah, it is like enlarged pores and then they get clogged and it is sooo impossible to clear them up. my dermatologist gave me cream for mine, and it basically makes the skin come off in sheets from the affected area! i stopped using it! i cover it with makeup, and i know that isnt helping the problem, but thats about all some of us can do

Patty you don t know about that and don t talk about things you don t know.......
It is because some people have a problematic skin and they must go to cosmetic more times as regularly normal people do........That is nothing about washing or not washing,just their skin is natural different of normal skin...........

the pores of there skin are blocked, they might have an oily skin type around the nose and forehead.

there called open pores, they are what trap dirt in to cause black heads.
they either run in the family and they cant be cured.

the answer is enlarged pores & it happens over time & with sun exposure, etc. They don't shrink back, either.
