Super Nintendo?

Question

Does anybody know some really good games for Super Nintendo and where I can get them? I like games more along the lines of donkey kong country, porky pigs haunted holiday, mario, etc.

Also-does anyone know of a website that can give me a list of them?

here are a few games that i recommend for you: super mario rpg, super mario kart, any of the ninja turtle games, diddy kong racing, battle toads, etc. the list goes on. i would suggest going to nintendo.com for a complete list of all the snes games. hope that helps.

Super Mario all-stars, Mario go kart, donkey Kong country 2:Diddy Kong's quest, and Killer Instinct. You can probably find SNES games on ebay or EB games and possibly gamestop but they would probably be in certain stores and not online.

These days you can download a SNES emulator (for windows/linux go with zsnes, for Mac go with SNES9X) and then you can get the entire SNES ROM collection off of bittorrent (or pick and choose games from various sites). This way you're not paying a dime (no ebaying), plus you get the benefits of emulation, like easier controlling (for example, Saban's Blitzes in Final Fantasy 3 are far easier with a keyboard) and freeze states.

That said, when the Wii comes out later this year, with its Virtual Console, I fully intend on buying some of my favorite SNES games to play through that.

I usually get those off of e-Bay. Alot of the sellers will combine shipping or offer reduced shipping rates so the games end up cheaper than buying them in town at places like Electronics Boutique.

well, i don't know you, so i can't suggest games. a few of my favorites are zombies ate my neighbors, zelda: a link to the past, and super mario bros 3.

if you live in the lincoln, ne area, or the omaha, ne area there is a store called gamers. they sell all sorts of outdated games and consoles, as well as new games. they sell used games for consoles like xbox and ps2 as well.
