You do have recourse if the tree branches are overhanging your property. Not much you can do if they're just blowing in.

You may want to suggest to your neighbor that you would split the cost with her, to have her trees cut back. She may be more open to this suggestion.
If not, legally if the trees are over the property line and in your yard, you can cut/trim the trees which hang over on your side.
Good Luck - this can be a very delicate situation.

There really is nothing legally you can do. Trees fall whether they are eucalyptus trees or Elms, Oaks, Maples, They do shed thier branches and leaves.
be thankful that they are eucalyptus as the leaves do add some nitrogen to the ground. Leaves such as Elm or Maple just clog things up.

I have a eucalyptus tree that hangs over my neighbor's yard and drops leaves in his pool. I told him that he can hire people to cut off the portion of the tree that hangs over his yard, but he won't. He doesn't want to pay for it. His yappy little dogs annoy me, so I'm not going to pay to remove the tree.

I'm not sure about the laws in your state...but my neighbor just had some of my trees trimmed back that overhung in his yard. I checked it out and it's was perfectly legal for him to trim back the branches on trees that were over his property line as long as he didn't cross over onto my property.
I would check into some legal advice from a lawyer...If it's legal to clear them from your property line then start waking them. I've got a chainsaw if you need to borrow one! :)

You've done all you can. Taking legal action will just make her angry & you might end up wasting the court's time. You could also get stuck paying all the court fees. Instead of tossing the leaves, turn them into mulch for your yard. Crush them up & sprinkle them around your plants & grass.

Secretly put a family of Koalas in her trees. They will eat all the leaves and look great in the summer, telling jokes and singing.

According to the law if there is any branches toward your home that causes leaves to fall in your yard, you are in tittle to cut them off without your neighbor consent

Get over it and stop being so petty minded. There are enough junk law suits out there already. Don't make the problem worse by adding more.
