English hooligans are by no means the worst, in fact football hooliganism is nowhere near the problem it used to be in this country. Fans in Italy are much worse and Russia is pretty bad but the absolute worst belong to some South American countries.

It wasn't a load of English fans who arrested the other day but poles, the English police do a pretty good job keeping trouble makers at home with dawn raids on homes under cover cops planted in gangs and surprise searches at airports, We've done a lot to try get rid out Hooligan image compared to most countries such as poland and Mexico

England fans have the worst REPUTATION but then people thought all Germans were Nazis ..... it takes quite a while for the taint to come off ....
East European and Latin American teams currently have the worst hooligan fans
