Upload the song file (or any file) to free hosting sites like http://rapidshare.de and after the upload note the direct link to the file and publish it on your site.

First you need to load your song (mp3) to a storage site on the net. (someplace you can store files). Then reference that link from your website.

While it could be illegal to show copyrighted material in your country, you could do it if you want to take risks. Just upload your sound file to a server (your host) and then import the sound using HTML:
The loop parameter is there to loop the sound.
