It's all about porportions. Eat what you want, just less. Ex: 2 potatochips instead of a whole bag.

Treat your body like you would with any prized possesion. Eat really healthy. Above all, stay AWAY from processed foods!! Anything that says hydrogenated has trans fat and not only does it mess up your heart, I think it also messes with your metabolism. Same with sugar. MUCH easier to lose weight when you avoid sugar. Have a hard candy or sucker (See's suckers rule!!---only 9 grams of sugar each) when you have a sweet tooth. If you drink sugar-free with Aspartame, STOP IT!! It is a chemical that doesn't belong in your body!!!

Lots of good advice here. I would just add to try and make it a life style so you will continue to look and feel good after you have lost the weight. That's when it really starts to get hard because your goal has been met and the incentive has been reduced greatly to keep it up and not gain again.

Exercise. Thirty minutes of cardio and light weights will really do the trick. Try to lower your calorie intake as well. Stay away from fast food!

Anyone here can write you recipes or copy-paste from some site some program for loose wight......If you wish,you find out by yourself....... Eat what you think you have to eat,drink much water and must exercise and go to gym,or run or something like that..........

The best thing is to exercise. If you increase your metabolism you will burn calories faster. Be sure to eat in moderation though..you dont have to starve to loose weight. Get moving..eat right and be happy :)

Watch what you eat.......Exercise always helps......watch how much you eat...... try not to eat as much as you do now.... cut back a little....some people don't know when to stop eating..........Drink alot of water to flush out the fat cells in your body.........

Don't take diet pills.......they just hurt you....Not Help you..

If you just take it day by day....keep your hope high.... and have a good attitude...you should be fine : )

Weight watchers really helps my mom was on it for a month and lost almost 20 lbs!!!

Tiny, frequent portions. Doing little things such as chewing gum. standing instead of sitting. take the stairs. tapping your foot... keep your body in motion.
