Has anyone been scammed by a Travel CLUB in Dallas Texas named TCI?

They offer you a free 3 day trip if you come in to the seminar. Then they offer you 3 trips for buying in... But you can never claim them with all the restrictions they put on the trip, and they never accomodate your dates of choice, finally completing your one year time frame for the freebies. But they keep your $4000...

You gave someone $4000? That was a very expensive lesson learned.

It sounds like a timeshare company to me. And unfortunatley, this isn't a scam, it is just how timeshares work.
