Garlic wont help your hair growth but the following foods will..

Eat these:

1.) Seaweeds, help stimulate the thyroid and give minerals for the proper health of the hair

2.) Spinach is great for the hair, contains lots of minerals,as are all the green vegetables.

3.) Protein your hair is made of protein so make sure you are getting it in either animal or vegetable form such as fish, chicken, beef, legumes, nuts, seeds and cheese.Or protein drinks.

4.) take a good b-vitamin supplement with biotin which increases hair growth.

5.)MSM contains naturally occuring sulfer and will make your hair and nails grow faster.

6.) silica

this combined with a good scalp massage with herbal hair oil will do wonders for your hair. Avoid brushing ur hair when its wet,and use a natural shampoo such as lamas chinese stimulating shampoo or Jason thin to thick.

Drinking garlic blended with green veggies and green apple will increase the blood flow to the scalp you can actually feel it. Even better if you blend fresh garlic, yellow onion, red onion and white onion strain it then put the juice on your scalp you will notice hair shedding stops immediatly and you will see hair growth. I know this to be true as many others in the natural hair community. It just stinks

No garlic wont make hairs to grow garlic is good for gas problem and for pregnant ladies when they r pregnant they can take 4 to 6 pieces of garlic and put in the vitamin d milk and make it boiled and if they drink from 5 months onwards until the due date they will have lot of milk to nurse the baby. after the baby born they can use this to get more milk until baby come to 8 months OK garlic is good for health not for hair.

If u want more hair try vitamin e oil and apply into the hair daily Ur hair will become smooth and u will get more hair OK according to my knowledge i didn't hear that garlic will help to grow hair fast. OK. in our place we have some leaves and we grind them and put it them in climate hot outside when it come smooth we put them in the coconut oil and we use it daily. so try vitamin e baby oil for Ur hair definitely Ur hair comes smooth and u can have beautiful hair OK or consult a doctor OK
