If you have been stressed out if can be. Some months your just late!
It's normal to skip a period every once in a while.
If you miss two in a row then I'd go to the doctor.

Yes, for many reasons.
If you are young, your period isn't really on a "set" scheduale yet. Sometimes it can start earlier or later than the time before.
If you're stressed out, this can also cause it to be late.
Changing in your eating habits. Or even loosing weight. If you dont have enough body fat, your period might even stop.
And of course, there's always pregnancy

Yes; it all depends in your age. If you are in your first 2 or 3 years it might be normal but if it happens after that time you should see a doctor or look at the Internet for health information.

Yes it can happen.
Especially when you are stressed out, or possibly due to hormoes.
I have skipped a month because of stress. Its not a big to worry about if it happens once in a while, but if it happens alot, you should see a doctor.
