Sperm is sperm no matter when it "makes it's appearance"
Pre or post climax, it doesn't matter...it's still sperm.
So...48 to 72 hours.
If you have him wear a condom...it will all die in the waste basket and you won't have to worry either way.

The amount of sperm does not variate between precum and ***. Sperm usually dies within 48-72 hours outside of the body.
A lot of teenage pregnancy's happen from precum or rubbing of the genitals because they think this isn't sex.
Whether precum/*** if it has contact with your vagina you are at risk for STD's and unwanted pregnancy.
