not in my experience. Anyone can type anything, you can't convey a genuine emotion on a screen. You can't detect the slightest gesture, you can't know if the other person is thinking of you or watching a football match. Words on a screen are just that, sometimes one or the other can write something and the translation of it becomes confused. Then you have to rely on smilies to say what you can't say.
it can be fun, short term, but you really have to believe and trust that what you're being told is genuine and that the person you think you love is who they say they are. And sooner or later the human condition is to want more, so at some stage you need to move it on or give it up

i cant say its bad because it really works for some people, fell in love online and met and gotten married. but both persons should be committed to make this online relationship work especially if its a long distance love affair.... meaning coming from different states or countries and cultures.
