I'm not a fan of her but why don't you try sending it through her fan club or britney's recording label address, but make it special and don't send something that doesn't outshine other letters/cards so that you'd get noticed. Leave a number or an email address and don't forget to put something like, it will mean a lot to us as we are not rich, stuffs like that. I hope it will work out. All the best!

I think that it is nice that you want to do something nice for your sister. However I dont think that you will be able to get her number. I think that it sucks that the people who answered your question are being jerks. Ignore them. You seam like a nice person in a world of idiots

yeah every celebrity gives out thier personal number on the internet and wants to go to some strangers birthday party where they will be mobbed and have to sign autographs instead of hanging out in what little free time they have with thier own friends & family!!!
