drink lots of water.. exercise... instead of eating rice, rather eat bread.. be vegetarian til you lose for your desired weight.

Watch your calories and exercise. Cut back on calories and exercise regularly. Most of the time we drink alot of our calories, watch what you drink. Drink only low calorie drinks or just water. Exercise about 45 minutes per day. If you are over-weight, there are per scribed medicines that can help. I was on phentermine- magic pill, it was an appetite suppressant and gives you energy,- but be sure to !!!!check with your doctor before you take any supplements!!! Supplements may help, but common sense tell us to just cut back unhealthy fatty foods and exercise more. Good luck!

Really speaking, relax and enjoy your favourite food to the fullest of your satisfaction. You will soon find yourself going for other alternatives to overcome stress/boredom... such as going for a walk, excercising which will finally get you to your destination.

Don't eat. But that is not healthy. Eat plenty of veggies brccoli squash ect.
