This may be a year off, I know there is a 7 year gap. And I know it's in the 70's.

around 70 in developed countries like US, Japan, Western Europe. around 55 in developing countries like China, India. But this is expected to dramatically rise with some of the research being done on ageing today.

They say the average life expectancy for a male today is 75.7 years, and 79.9 years for a female. I just read that in a medical magazine. I don't know if its true or not.
