Try setting a large shallow dish (12" x 12") of water filled to the brim on the back of the monitor and another one on top of the computer. This will asborb the heat through transductive anomylous transfer. In fact because of gyontronics this should make the room cooler than the rest. Keep the dishes completely full (less than 1/32" from the top.) You can speed-up the process by then tapping on the side of the equipment with your hand. The harder the taps, the sooner the coolness will be on its way.

The computer DOES indeed put out hot air. Unless it's a small room, it's not normally that noticeable. Keep a door, window or something open to circulate cool air. Depending on the ceiling, you might be able to install a vent fan like is used in the bathroom to help pull the hot air out of the room.

Get a ceiling fan for the room so all the air from the other rooms can be fanned around. No computers will not make the room that hot but you should keep them in a cool room or they will get extremely hot and blow something....motherboard....

BE VERY CAREFUL USING WATER AROUND YOUR COMPUTER OR ANY ELECTRICAL DEVICES. A SPILL COULD BE DEADLY. I WOULD SUGGEST A CEILING FAN OR AT LEAST A SMALL FAN POINTED TOWARDS THE COMPUTER. THIS SHOULD CIRCULATE ANY WARM AIR FROM THE ROOM IF THE DOORS ARE LEFT OPEN. ALSO TURN OFF THE COMPUTER WHEN ITS NOT IN USE. PLEASE BE SAFE. RON

Open the windows, if there's any, or install a ventilator, instead of air-con, cause air-con could be harmful to body. Use liquid in your desktop to cool down, or install more fans in the CPU, that's the main thing wat...
