Ready to play a decent game of darts I'm assuming. PracticeX3 yes. Specific practice is probably best. If this is for Cricket- practice your numbers 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, Bulls-eye. Not only hitting the single scoring numbers, but definitely the triple(inner) and double(outer) ring segments. For the 01 games 301, 501 etc. learning which numbers you're able to hit more often and combining those with the necessary points to close out(get to zero) . That's the best advice I can give you, and it will make you ready for your best performances if you are even semi-serious about this excellent game.

try to finish 301 in 3 - 4 turns, that's about 9 - 12 throws. then you are ready.

Practice until you have a consistent shot. Darts is a game of precision and consistency and that's it. Don't forget that!

IN DART'S JUST TOE THE LINE AND BE RELAXED. THEN PRACTICE SHOOTING AT YOUR DOUBLES. AFTER THAT, SHOOT FOR YOUR BULLS. THEN PRACTICE HITTING YOUR TRIPS ON ALL THE NUMBERS.
