Some people (of Catholic roots or influence) say that burying a statue of the Virgin Mary upside down in your yard will bring you a home buyer the quickest... And here all the while you thought it was location, location, location...

I have heard if you bury your mother in law in the back yard it will help your house sell faster. I don't have much faith in it but I am thinking about giving it a try. :)
