My 1993 Honda accord LX vibrates when i have the car in drive but am not moving (like at a stop light). Then when i start to go it doesn't vibrate. But the other thing is that when i turn the ac from off to on while stopped it vibrates more than if the ac is off. What is wrong? What do i need to do?

I'm thinking you need new motor mounts.

A bad motor mount is now transmitting the engine vibration directly to the frame.

They are made of rubber so they will wear out over time. There are typically between 3-4 mounts and as long as you can get to them, relatively easy to change out.

Your idle RPM may be too low. Many causes for low idle RPM. In the old days we could adjust it on a carb. With fuel injection it is preset, but other factors affect it like vacuum, water temp, oxygen sensors, etc. There is on most cars a seperate idle control valve that could be malfunctioning.
