Wear a belt. An undershirt will apply friction but can get awfully warm in the summer. Men's garters attached to the shirt tails and tops of the stockings work very well but they take some getting used to. Buy larger shirts if the torso isn't long enough.

if your shirt is coming untucked, either the shirt is too short or your pants are too loose. You can purchase shirts that are Tall, or can have shirts made also. Some companies like Banana Republic have button up shirts that are a bit longer than other companies.

I learnt this trick in Boarding School in East Africa.

When you are getting dressed, tuck it in roughly without paying any special attention to whether it folds in certain places or not.

2)Standing in front of a mirror, open your fly and then reach your hand to actually tuck the shirt from your trouser fly, making sure that you straighten out any folds and that the shirt is symmetrically tucked neatly.Make sure that you also pull it as far down as you can into your trouser. The trick is to do it from under your belt, not above.

3)Zip up your fly.The shirt should stay tucked for long.

Buy shirts that are longer than your torso is the easiest way.

The military uses shirt stays which attach to the bottom of the shirt and stretch down to attach to the top of your socks. They're kind of like garter belts. That's how we were able to keep our shirts wrinkle free with no bunching up. A warning though, they were a pain in the butt to wear and aggravating.

Buy shirts and undershirts that fit. Both should be loner than your torso, as was said earlier, also consider tightening your belt.
