"Hell, we'll register you to vote after you're dead to ensure your electoral will is done. We'll even handle that pesky voting thing for you and make sure you vote for the right Democrat!"

That's what I love, civil political discourse. Of course, I could never expect a liberal to argue from a point of intelligence...they just want to sling mud and call you names to cover up their own weak ideology.

I am beginning to understand that illegal aliens vote, too. I think we need to check voter eligibility at least after the fact. The addresses are there, too, so we should be able to find offenders.
It is interesting that it is always the Democrats that block requirements for proof of citizenship for voters. Long, long ago elderly shut ins might not have had ID. However, I don't think anyone can get by with no ID anymore, if only for Medicaid. Citizenship is no harder to prove than getting any other ID.
We could certainly pass a law requiring proof of citizenship for everyone under the age of 70, or something, if this is really seen as a problem. However, no one says you shouldn't have to prove insurance eligibility with an insurance card, so why should you not have to prove eligibility to vote?
Living in Southern California, this is a real concern for me.

The Dems also think that being dead shouldn't prevent a candidate from being elected. Case in point: The 2000 election of Mel Carnahan to the U.S. Senate from Missouri.

This same claim has been made against ALL parties since we decided to have a democracy and got rid of the monarchy...
Oh, and Ketch....You may be called a "Hitler"..but people like you have also demanded that Democrats who disagree with you "Move to Canada"
So, really, what is the difference?
Supporters of all parties, candidates etc. all reach into the same bag of tricks, it is nothing unique, or new...

Democrat Motto: We're on the side of Good and anyone who disagrees with us is evil!!!
Ever notice you never hear a democrat say, "We'll just have to agree to disagree". Nope. If you even think differently, you will be compared to Hitler. Its Okay for them to be closeminded because they are good (or at least their intentions are), but when they ask others to be open minded they really mean adopt our point of view or else!!!!

Would you provide a link? Also, wasn't GWB involved in this sort of fraud during both the 2000 and 2004 elections?

That has been the norm ib Chicago politics for years, but it's not just democrats doing it. It's the entire political machine that is corrupt.

Ive heard worse tactics on the Republican side as well. I'd say stop listening to such drivel and vote with your heart and some education. It's good advice.

Actually, both parties have done it. But I've noticed that it's more a republican thing than democrat.
