I recommend using Squeet (www.squeet.com). Squeet is an Internet service which converts RSS feeds, from any website, into emails. You can setup a free account with Squeet. First, you will be asked for an email address where Squeet can deliver your RSS feeds. Second, add the RSS feeds you are interested in and choose an interval for the emails. Squeets can email you daily or weekly (you can choose which day of the week) and it even lets you choose the hour of the day to send the email. In addition, you can choose to have the emails sent in plain text or HTML. For example, the RSS feed for PC World latest news is http://feeds.pcworld.com/pcworld/latestnews, add this, an interval and a file type and your done. Viola! For tech news, I like Extremetech, Ars Technica, Wired, CNET News, Digg and PC World.

I would recommend Yahoo's new Yahoo! Tech. It lets you save your favorite tech stuff in a thing called "my tech" and track it every week.
It's at:
http://tech.yahoo.com
Hope this helps.
