That would depend on how large-breasted you are, and the amount of fabric in the halter top.

I am a DD cup myself, and only buy halter tops that have built in foam bra cups.

As for one that is not attached, you can buy a convertible bra. That is one you can use as a regular bra, a strapless bra, one with a halter neck, or one with a criss-cross back. If you're a relatively standard size, you could probably find one in a Walmart or some comparable store.

If you're on the larger side, a tube bra won't offer enough support.

Strapless bras are great for halter tops but somtimes its hard to find one that doesn't leave funny lines. So it's important to get one that is the right fit in the cup and around. then it stays up, and no funny lines. You could always try the convertable bras too. I find then to be a bit more supportive it your bigger than a B or C cup. Good luck!

I think nothing looks worse than visible bra straps. so if you are wearing halter tops get a strapless bra or a halter top bra. or go without if that is possible. I often go without a bra, or wear a bikini top, but I am only a B cup so I can easily go without. I think it is healthy to go without a bra anyway

They make several kind of halter strap bras. A strapless bra sometimes shows a crease so try the correct halter bra that doesn't show the straps.

You may be able to find a halter bra, or a strapless bra, but when I wore halter tops, the whole point was to go braless.

There are bras that have straps like a halter, or you could also wear a strapless bra.

I like tube bras. I didn't though when I was younger, so depending on your comfort range, go with what is comfortable to you. Maybe a halter bra or strapless would be more comfortable to you. Try them on at the store.

There are such things as halter bras, and you could consider one, depending on the width of you halter top's straps. If that doesn't work, then consider a strapless.

NO BRA :) That is what halter tops are made for no matter what you chest size they were designed to be worn braless, if this makes you uncomfortable then find a different style shirt to wear.

depending on the size of your breast, if you are on the healthy side you should consider the bra that has all the different positions including going around your neck for more support or you could wear it strapless. consider getting the bra that you can wear many different ways, that way you can see which way is best for you and your paying for one bra with many different ways to wear it.
