Hi,
the best way to find investors is to check out real estate investors clubs. They have them all over the country and it's a great way to meet investors. Here is the website that lists all the clubs, find one that is close to you and check it out.

Call up one of those fools who sell thier stuff on TV... If they can make you rich, then they know the people...
