If you check between your legs, and there is a baby coming out, then that is a good sign you are pregnant.

The only way you can know for sure is by going to the doctor and getting a test done. However sometimes early in your pregnancy those are not accurate either.
Some early signs of pregnancy are
Nausea
Sensitivity to smells
frequent urination
headaches
constipation
breast tenderness
light headedness
sleepiness
etc etc etc
However not everyone gets these symptoms. And not everyone gets them at the same time. So really like I said only the doctor can tell you for sure.

A swelling around the midsection about 3-4 months after having unprotected sex would be a good indicator too.

Other than the obvious - missed or late period, there may be signs that you are overlooking. For example do you have heartburn, feel nauseous, very tired? Those also are early indications that you may be pregnant.

Obvious sign would be your expected period has stopped. However, it happens to some women that their periods were late, not stopped, due to worries and stress.
Best way to test is to get yourself a pregnancy tester, available in medical stores.

If you are asking this question is because you have a serious lack of information. Please, go to a local health centre and ask a doctor, he or she will explain to you everything you need to know. They are very discrete so nobody will find out about you going there.
Kisses girl, good luck.
