What is the best way to get a Plumeria cutting take root?

I have a cutting from a Plumeria tree. I am wondering what is the BEST way to get it to root and then develop leaves and flowers. I live in Hawaii.

I root all my trees in a bucket of water with a little miricle grow and a little miricle grow soil in the water to give extra nutrients. It works here in Tennessee. Good Luck!!!

Root-tone is a plant hormone that encourages plant cuttings to take root. Be sure to follow manufactures instructions, and you should have a new Plumeria tree in no time.
