www.iTunes.com is a great place to start. What I don't recommend is an unknown source or any deals that seem too good to be true. They may be scams, or people who have stolen the music without rights to offer it for sale over the Internet.

If you want to pay for the downloads use iTunes or Napster or things like that. But mostly websites like www.yourmp3.net or www.mp3shits.com have pretty broad music types and links to other sites.

I use limewire and it's really good. It usually downloads great quality songs. Bearshare I heard was alright too.

and www.radioblogclub.com is great because its a sharing network and you dont download but you can listen to anything...for free.

bearshare light. and people it is not illegal if right after you burn a song move the file to my documents and delte it in the program. they can't catch u that way.
