Not only can you tan, but you can also BURN. I got a HORRIBLE sunburn my freshman year in college from sunbathing while it was cloudy and breezy outside, and I suffered from it for a week and a half. I didn't notice the tanning (or the burning) because it was so pleasant.
Be careful on cloudy days, just the same as on sunny days! Each sunburn you get increases your chance of getting skin cancer by FIVE TIMES!!!

Yes. It is a common misconception that you can't get burned if it is cloudy. The sun's rays get filtered through clouds even if the sun is not visible, so be careful.

you do but its not a fast dark tan. the uv rays are higher if the sun is out. on a cloudy day the sun is still out but the uv rate is lower.

UV ray, which are harmful can still affect you when it's cloudy.

Yes you can. Even worse because you don't get hot and can't feel that you are burning. You can see the clouds, but the clouds don't stop the UV rays. Wear your sunblock dearie!

yes you can, because with the clouds out, then you just get the UV rays that help you tan.
