For the most part, I think it's okay. My concerns though come in terms of how a prospective wife's parents will feel (are they okay with it) as well as the other person's overall character.
I'm not keen on, say, good stable women falling for and marrying thugs or drug dealers, or a quiet, hardworking fellow tying the knot with a low class welfare recipient. At least for me, when I see that, it makes me question the whole inter-racial scene... hope that didn't come across as racist or anything...lol... on the same light, would it be cool to see an educated, professional minority female go for an uncouth swindling mechanic, who is nothing but abusive? I think not.

Inter-racial dating is great! It is an adventure. It is the best way to improve the race. If you marry someone who is the farthest away from you genetically your children are less likely to have bad genes. Mixed children are more beautiful the uni-race children. Improve the race by mixing. The more we mix the better it gets. I am half Hispanic and half black with a little bit of white and native American. My dream guy will probably be some sort of Asian Korean or Japanese maybe.

I think that all races are the same there is good and bad in all of them. what matters is if you love them and if you do nothing that anybody thinks will matter i have a little boy with a black guy and im white and everybody tells me how gorgious he is now im married to a mexican and all my kids are beautiful and so is their skin color. so my point is that inter-racial dating is ok and they make beautiful children

I often wonder why people are so concerned about skin color. I cannot understand the concept that if a very minute amount of your genetic make up is from a different continent it should matter. we need to accept that everyone is part of this planet and when it really comes down to it are part of the same genetic material. Class and culture are more of a problem for some to adjust to but if people are flexible enough to learn about the other, it is a workable thing to do.

I think it doesn't matter what the color of person's skin is as long as there is mutual respect. Anyone who has a mind and decides to use that mind will realize that it is not the color of a person's skin that makes the person. It is the heart that matters.
There are more serious problems out in the world that need to be dealt with than something so shallow as to worry about skin color.

I don't think there is anything wrong with inter-racial dating. If you love the person you're with, then what's the problem. I just believe that you have to be totally honest with yourself prior to getting into a relationship with anyone.

If you choose to only date people who are the same color as you - you reduce the number of possible canidates by about 75%. If I had chose to date only people of my same race then I would have missed out on marrying the most wonderful person I have EVER met. Love is color blind. Follow your heart. . .

I see no problem with it and no one should judge anyone by the color of their skin. If you find yourself attracted to someone of a different color then just go for it. After all we are all of the same race, the human race

I would hope that people in general would be past this by now. We are all humans regardless of skin color. You should be with the person best for you regardless on skin color. In short I say that is nothing wrong with it.
