open for anyone to respond. the question was kinda worded wierd but basicaly I wanna know if you didnt have any kind of swim outfit with you like swim trunks, bikini or full bathing suit and you didnt wanna get your cloths wet, would you strip to your underwear to go swimming in a pool, lake, pond or to play in a public fountain designed for people to get wet in or to play around a fire hydrant when the fire department opens them up for people to get wet or any other place you can get wet at and cool off in the heat??? If you say yes please tell us where you would do that and if you choose swimming pool, would that be a public pool or private pool?

as far as indecent exposure goes.. most states say the same or closely related thing. In my state of Arizona it says:
A.R.S 13-3501(4):
"Nudity" means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area or buttocks with less than a full opaque covering, or the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any portion thereof below the top of the nipple, or the depiction of covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state".
also it says:
A.R.S. 13-1402. Indecent exposure; classifications
A. "A person commits indecent exposure if he or she exposes his or her genitals or anus or she exposes the areola or nipple of her breast or breasts and another person is present, and the defendant is reckless about whether such other person, as a reasonable person, would be offended or alarmed by the act".
so therefore its perfectly legal to go swimming or play at a public fountain or watering source in your underwear!

Um I don't think I could unless it was in a private spot and my husband was there then we might end up being in the nude LOL!

well, if it was from 75-80 degrees (Fahrenheit), probably not. 80-87, maybe, 87-97, probably, 97 and above, definitely. It depends on how desperate I am to cool down.
I would be way more likely to do it at beach than anywhere else, because there are so many people around I don't think anyone would notice or care. I would be least likely to do it in a public pool, and slightly more likely in a private pool, particularly if there are no children around. I can't define exactly why I wouldn't want children around, because kids have seen me in a bikini on a beach, but it just would feel weird. On a beach, though, I wouldn't really care if kide were around, because I would assume no one was paying attention.

I would be happy to strip into my underwear at a pond or a lake,or even better go completely nude; but not at a truly Public area. I have no trouble getting my clothes and me soaking wet (and have at many occasions in the past). Although I have no problem with body acceptance there are others who do and I respect their wishes. Good question though!

In a split second I would. I see nothing wrong with nudity and quite enjoy it. I would stand naked anywhere if I knew I would not get arrested. I don't even have a great body but it is how you feel about yourself that matters and not what other people think. Nudity is great and more people should do it.
I would swim naked in a public or private pool as long as I could not get into trouble. Handcuffs don't belong in public-only private :)

been there done that many times.
lst time was a few weeks ago. Was out with friends and we wound up at the lake. some of the guys dived in wearing their shorts. None of the girls would go in so I took off my top and shorts and swam in my lacy black knickers. I wasn't wearing a bra, but often swim topless anyway so didn't really care. After I went in the other girls all had the courage to join in - some wearing bra and undies, 2 just undies and one top and undies and we all had a great time.

I'd do it pretty much anywhere. But if it was in broad daylight and in the middle of a public place and I was wearing white underwear I would think twice before doing it (and I would decide to do it or not based on the situation). But otherwise, yes.

No i would want to get my clothes wet just for the fun of it and I'm scraed of getting some weird disease in just a random lake or pond.

I'm not too fond of wearing clothes I often wear matching bra and panties so I would make like thats my swim suit but then I think it depends on how hot it really is.

Been there done that, but it was LATE at night and in an apartment pool. There was a few of us there and we'd had a few drinks too ;-)
