Well, if you think logically, you would be my sister's brother's brother. Technically you wouldn't be related to me b/c my sister and I could have different fathers or mothers and she could have a different parent from her brother as well as you could with the brother so you would be my sister's brother's brother.
It's difficult but you've got to think about it.
