Is there an end point to the Mandelbrot set?

Is it possible that we are but a point on some universal Mandelbrot set on some higher plane of existence? Or is our universe actually the subatomic level of some higher plane of existence?

No. A Mandelbrot set is continuous in the same way that a circle is continuous; there is no end point.
