You already got the answer on what fifa means, I'm sticking with my original Italy if they play the full 90 minutes (their second goal against Ghana seemed to indicate they will), otherwise Germany. The czechs are tough, we'll probably find out how tough they truly are when they play italy. I don't think Brazil will win, they have the best players and play well as a team, but that was also the case in '98 (when they lost to France).
