If you really think that she is in a destructive relationship, have you told her that? If not, why not? If you truly care about her you will voice your opinion and not tell her what to do but give her your opinion. If then she doesn't heed your warning then it is on her. It still doesn't mean that she doesn't care about you it just means that she thinks more of her fiance' than you do. Just sit back and be the sibling that is always there for her no matter what. It is really hard to go on when you think you family is against you. I know that from experience.

I don't think there's much you can do. If you told her this and she still is not heeding your warning, she's got to learn the hard way. Some people in these types of relationship has to see for themselves. Good luck with everything.

sometimes is best to step out of it. the right guy for her might seem like crap to you, or the other way around. But if you think that she is in danger or something you really need to talk to her and let her know what you know about him and what you think about the whole thing.
