I can go down about 4 inches 4rm da ground, i could do one at the beginning of the summer, but i can't now, I stretch everyday like 5 times, and nothing happens.

Your problem is not very clear perhaps due to use of colloquial language. Does it relate to some stretchig exercies which it would appear you can do cofortably insummer but not thereafter.If my interpretation is correct you do not have much to worry about. The musclels do develop some stiffness in cold months but if you keep doggedly at it you can overcome this. Of course as the only answer to the question received so far indicates you have to first check up if there is not some internal damage to the muscles. If so correct it and then resume the exercies. We often come across such temporary disaility in our exercises but with a little perseverence(after due medical checkup) we find we can overcome it.
