Just be chill about it. If you two are such best friends, then it shouldn't matter. You should feel comfortable talking to her, If you don't, then maybe it's not a hard core gf/bf relationship you should be getting into. Just tell her your feelings and see what she says, if it's no, then go back to being friends, if it's yes, then see where it goes. You can even write her an e-mail, it's alot easier to get your feelings out.

You're gonna have to get over your shyness. It's always easier to talk to someone over the phone vs their face, but you're just gonna have to get over that. Girls LOVE confidence! Remember that...

You can't talk to her face to face because you get too nervous. Try breathing exercises, i know it sounds corny...but it works.

dude your lucky if u know her and are friends taht makes it really easy. jsut ask her if she wants to hang out sometime. and if your freinds thats completely normal. and then after a couple times you ask her out. and go from there.
