Does anyone pray before going to bed? What do you pray? Who do you pray to? pray for who? Do NOT give me the answer with "I don't pray". I want a serious answer. Thanks

Yes, I do. I pray to God. Firstly, I pray for myself, then for my family, then for the other people I know (my friends, cousins...) and then I pray for everyone on the world who needs help.

Yes, I do pray to God before going to bed and also throughout the day. Prayers are what you would like them to be. From the heart! Also, I say thank you for the little and big things during the day.

I pray every night before going to bed. I also have my toddler daughter do the same. We pray for the health and safety of our family and friends. Thank God for our blessings and giving us another day together with our friends and family. If we know anyone who is sick or in trouble, we ask God to give them strength and help them to heal. We also ask God to forgive us of our sins.

I pray that no one breaks in or my things don't fall down in the night. Or that I don't have bad dreams. Kind of selfish thinking about it now. I am 20 year girl and live alone.

I pray when I wake up....makes more sense to me...unless there is something that is really on my mind. I wake up thank god in advance for any blessings or miracles that come into my life that day. I thank him for his guidance, love and protection over me and my whole fam. I thank him for granting me the serenity for dealing with those obstacles in my life that are really kicking my butt. I thank him for me getting through them. And I tell him I trust him with my life, because he knows me better than I know myself. I don't pray to ask for stuff most of the time...he knows my heart so he knows what I want...

I think a lot of people pray the Lord's prayer. But i believe that that is a basis but not what you say. Basically I say what's on my mind. Prayer is very sacred. It's a wonderful thing.

Not out loud---I never was able to do that without feeling like I was talking to myself & feeling self-conscious. But I cross myself & then reflect on the blessings of the day & think about how I can make tomorrow better. So I hope that God really can tell what is on one's mind & in their hearts.
