I am looking to start a career in travel & tourism, but have no clue where & how to go about it. Please help..

Cape Town; No travel/tourism background; need to know the best institutions to study/apply with; positions such as travel agent / car rental agent / reservations / etc; PREFERABLY WORK WHILE STUDYING.
