Start-run then type in either "cmd" or "command" (without the quotes).

Click on the start button in the bottom left corner of your screen (assuming your using a windows operating system such as: Windows XP) then select "Run" when that is selected you will see a place you can type, type the letters: cmd then hit enter on your keyboard or hit the "Ok" button. This will bring you to a DOS prompt window.

If you are using Windows XP you can simply run "cmd".

go to start, then all programs, and than acessories, finaaly clicking on command propt. but be careful its a powerful tool
