You can eat a few crackers or just about anything that will put something of substance in your stomach so the aspirin won't irritate the lining. It doesn't have to be much; just a few bites.

what do you mean by lots? Aspirin is a blood thinner if you take too much you could cause internal bleeding. Or if you are injured your blood may not clot and you could bleed to death.

Anything, as long as you are not on an empty stomach you won't get stomach irritation. Or you can take Buffered aspirin--Bufferin.
