i wouldn't trust free spyware cleaning software off the internet because most of that is spyware its self, but may i recconmend Norton Anti Virus, it is about $50 and you can get it at Wal-Mart or Best Buy

Try AVG & Microsoft's FREE Windows Defender. Don't be fooled by Spybot, Windows Washer & other programs. AVG is great, even the free version.

The most popular ones are Ad-AwareSE (from lavasoft) and spybot. Both are free. If you have WinXp you dan download the beta version of Defender - also works pretty well.
